Wholesome and delicious
- 2 applles your favorite kind
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup walnuts chopped
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- Chop apples into bite-sized pieces. Have an adult assist with coring the apples. Don't peel.
- Combine apples, broccoli and dried cranberries in a salad bowl. Add nuts.
- Add yogurt and gently mix.
- Serve is small bowls.
