ABC Salad

  • 2 applles your favorite kind
  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup walnuts chopped
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt


  • Chop apples into bite-sized pieces. Have an adult assist with coring the apples. Don't peel.
  • Combine apples, broccoli and dried cranberries in a salad bowl. Add nuts.
  • Add yogurt and gently mix.
  • Serve is small bowls.
